Job Description
As a Medior Agile Coach, you will be responsible for one grid with 25 teams. You will work both operationally and strategically to implement Agile methodologies, set priorities, and facilitate PI planning. You will support leadership and guide teams in their daily activities and long-term goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Agile excellence.
What are we looking for?
Required Skills and Experience:
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including DevOps practices.
- Experience in change management, stakeholder management, and consultancy, with excellent coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- At least 4 years of experience in an Agile coaching role.
- Possession of at least a PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certificate.
- Experience with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Lean is a plus.
What's in it for you:
- A gross yearly salary range between €53.300 and €70.000, including holiday allowance.
- Contract form is detachering (contracting to perm).
- Hybrid way of working: 2-3 days at the office.
