Are you an experienced Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and IT in a large organization? Read on!
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the department of a leading Dutch financial organisation. You will be responsible for supporting 3 to 4 software teams, focusing on low-code solutions, particularly Mendix. In this complex and dynamic environment, you will act as the bridge between business and IT, proactively contributing your own insights to ensure optimal solutions and not merely translating what others say.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support multiple software teams, with a strong focus on low-code development (Mendix).
- High-level stakeholder management: effectively communicate between business and IT, while proposing technical solutions clearly.
- Work in a complex, large-scale environment, taking responsibility for the progress and results of the teams.
- Translate business needs into IT solutions and vice versa.
What we are looking for
- Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with software teams, preferably low-code platforms like Mendix.
- Environment: Experience working in a complex, large-scale environment (not SME), ideally in the financial sector.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Availability: You must already reside in the Netherlands, as there is no time for visa processes.
- Fulltime: 36-40 hours per week.
What we offer
- Salary: A competitive salary between €4,200 and €5,800 based on a 40-hour work week. (excluding 8.33% holiday allowance and a 13th month bonus.)
- Hybrid work: Mandatory office presence on Thursdays. Teams also work in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays, but these days are not mandatory.
- Contract Type: Contracting to permanent – After the first year, you will transition to an internal position.
