What will you be doing?
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the implementation of a new HR software system, with a focus on screening process solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation and integration with existing platforms such as Workday and Fieldglass.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current processes and define improvements in line with the new HR software implementation.
- Oversee the implementation of the screening process software, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
- Facilitate integration with existing systems, including Workday and Fieldglass.
What are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR software implementations.
- Preferably experience with screening process software.
- Familiarity with Workday and Fieldglass is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and/or English (Dutch preferred but not required).
