Job description
For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who helps organisations achieve agility and sustainable change. You are a connecting factor between teams, stakeholders and management. You know how to anchor the agile mindset at all levels of the organisation. Next to this, you will be working both operationally and strategically, focusing on long-term goals into concrete actions which align with the organisational vision.
- Facilitating agile transformations and improving working methods tailored to organisational objectives;
- Coaching teams and stakeholders in agile frameworks and promoting collaboration;
- Applying change management to foster a culture of improvement and innovation;
- Advising data-driven teams on process optimization and utilizing data insights.
What are we looking for?
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including DevOps practices and Change management;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a role as an Agile coach;
- Holder of at least a PSM I (Professional Scrum Master I) certificate;
- Experience with data-driven teams;
- Strong communication, analytical and conceptual thinking, organisational sensitivity, and collaboration-oriented.
What's in it for you?
- A gross annual salary between €65,000 and €84,000, including holiday allowance;
- Contract type: Contracting to perm;
- Hybrid work: 2-3 days per week in the office;
- Location: Amsterdam area;
- 40 hours per week.
