Are you an expert in offensive security, passionate about improving cyber resilience? Do you thrive in red teaming, attack simulations, and threat actor emulation? Then this is for you.
As an Offensive Security Expert, you will play a critical role in testing and improving an organization’s security posture. You will conduct advanced security assessments and attack simulations, identifying weaknesses in detection and response capabilities. Working alongside a team of specialists, you will develop new attack techniques and enhance security testing tools.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conducting offensive security testing and attack simulations
- Researching and applying cutting-edge attack techniques
- Identifying vulnerabilities and advising on security improvements
- Developing and optimizing offensive security tooling
- Collaborating with threat detection and response teams
Your Expertise
Hard Skills:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in offensive security (red teaming, pentesting, attack simulation)
- Strong knowledge of adversarial tactics, techniques & procedures (TTPs)
- Experience working with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
- Proficiency in threat modeling and risk assessments
Soft Skills:
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Nice-to-Haves:
- Contributions to open-source projects or active involvement in the offensive security community
- Certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, CRTP
- Experience working in an Agile environment
What can you expect
- Salary: €5,900 - €6,800 per month, based on experience (excluding holiday allowance)
- 25 Vacation days
