As Program Manager within a prominent financial organization, you're the go-to person for major integration projects. The company is expanding through significant international acquisitions and needs your expertise to ensure newly acquired subsidiaries align smoothly with established security and compliance standards—keeping regulatory bodies satisfied.
You'll:
- Lead complex, large-scale integration programs across borders.
- Ensure new entities meet cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate closely with technical experts, compliance teams, and senior leadership.
- Navigate and manage sensitive stakeholder relationships effectively.
Your expertise
- Proven experience managing IT/security-focused integration projects.
- Broad understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, GDPR, financial regulatory guidelines).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English proficiency. Fluent Dutch speaker (big plus)
