The Challenge
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the Client Reporting team for one of our clients in the financial area. You’ll work closely with the product owner, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product owner and team to gather, challenge, and refine requirements
- Identify gaps and translate business needs into solutions
- Define functional requirements for Client Reporting developers
- Contribute to the Agile/Scrum process, actively participating in ceremonies and sprints
- Communicate effectively in English with business and tech teams
Your expertise
Must have's:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in a similar environment
- Basic understanding of financial products such as FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Money Markets, and Commodities
- Working knowledge of SQL and Cloud (preferably Azure)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
Soft Skills:
- Able to discuss and challenge requirements with the business
- A hands-on mindset with strong analytical skills
- Dutch is a plus, but not required
