In this role, you're shaping the future of IAM and no, we're not talking basic user provisioning. Think machine identities, high-level architecture, and turning complex vision into concrete business cases.
You’ll join a newly formed DevOps team, where your main focus is data, processes, and making sense of all the moving parts. You love turning technical concepts into stories people actually understand.
Your responsibilities
- Translate IAM vision into solid business & design principles
- Build and back up a roadmap and business case for machine IGA
- Identify and analyse IAM use cases, from access control to policy-based access
- Collaborate with tech teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Keep a grip on the IAM backlog and prioritise what matters
Jouw expertise
Hard skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IAM (incl. cloud environments)
- Strong grasp of authentication, authorization & access control concepts
- Skilled in building clear, convincing business cases
- Experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Familiar with IAM tools like One Identity, Sailpoint, or Active Directory (nice to have)
Soft skills
- Sharp eye for process flaws and a love for simplifying complexity
- Able to balance technical depth with business priorities
- Comfortable challenging ideas and collaborating across teams
- Naturally brings structure, clarity, and a healthy dose of boldness
