Business Analyst - Java Development

As an Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in a major financial institution, focusing on developing solutions for complex systems related to financial transactions and card services. You will:

• Work closely with business units to translate high-level requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Maintain rigorous development standards, ensuring all solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
• Collaborate within a dynamic team environment to drive continuous improvement and innovation in technical processes and solutions.

Main goals:

• Develop and optimize systems that handle intricate financial operations, enhancing transaction security and efficiency.
• Successfully implement user stories that reflect the business’s needs for sophisticated financial processing platforms.

Experience & Skills:

• 8 to 12 years of IT experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in financial systems or similar sectors.
• Expertise in Java, API design, and the Spring framework, with a focus on developing high-availability applications.
• Proven ability in CI/CD, DevOps, Agile Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with Azure cloud services.

• Salary Package: Competitive salary ranging from €4,800 to €5,500 monthly, plus an additional 8.33% holiday allowance, translating to an annual package between €62,000 and €71,200.
• Work Environment: Hybrid work setup, with up to 2 days per week in the office, fostering a balance of focus and collaboration.
• Contract Type: Freelancer-friendly; long-term project commitment preferred.
• Visa Sponsorship: Available. No relocation support provided.
