The challenge:

As a Business Analyst within a leading financial organization, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.

The company operates in a highly regulated financial landscape and requires your expertise to enhance and streamline transaction reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to financial regulations.

  • Analyze and document business and regulatory requirements for transaction reporting.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to enhance reporting systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including MiFID, EMIR, and SFTR.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to improve reporting accuracy.
  • Support stakeholders in interpreting and implementing new regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Your expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in similar roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial markets and transaction reporting.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiFID, EMIR, SFTR).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup (onsite & remote).

What’s in it for you:

  • Gross salary of €5,500 - €6,800 per month, based on 40 hours per week.
  • 1+ year contract with the possibility of extension.
  • Flexible workweek between 36-40 hours.
