Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll analyze requirements, enhance system configurations, and introduce innovative solutions to streamline HR operations. Your expertise will contribute directly to the digital transformation of HR for a global workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify and define business needs.
- Translate requirements into actionable configurations and enhancements within Workday.
- Optimize HR processes such as talent management.
- Ensure system integrity and support end-to-end user experiences.
- Drive innovation and best practices within the HR IT landscape.
What we are looking for
Hard Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR/HCM.
- Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM modules.
- Proven experience in large corporate environments, preferably international.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and functional stakeholders.
- Analytical problem-solving with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects effectively.
