We are looking for a Senior Flexcube Engineer to play a key role in a major banking transformation. You’ll be working on Flexcube 12.3, driving improvements in system efficiency, release management, and automation for a globally distributed banking platform.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead process improvements to enhance Flexcube performance and scalability.
- Optimize and automate manual tasks, ensuring efficient system operations.
- Manage controlled releases & change processes, balancing innovation with stability.
- Ensure seamless integration across databases, middleware, and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
Your expertise
Hard Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Flexcube engineering.
- Strong expertise in Flexcube 12.3 & 14.5, Oracle DB 19c, SQL/PLSQL, Linux.
- Hands-on experience with automation and scripting for operational efficiency.
- Proven track record in release & change management for stable deployments.
Soft Skills:
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive continuous improvement.
