The challenge
You'll:
- Define and maintain a clear vision for IAM product(s) in scope.
- Prioritize and manage a well-structured backlog aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with architects, subject matter experts, and solution designers.
- Implement and embed IAM products and services within the organization.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and end-user requests in line with SLAs.
- Engage stakeholders effectively to align IAM solutions with business objectives.
- Foster a motivated and high-performing team culture.
Your expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Must.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in the Financial Services sector – Must.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification or equivalent – Must.
- Experience working in enterprise environments with governance, policies, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Dutch and English – Must.
- Candidates must be based in the Netherlands – Must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, SABSA).
