As Program Manager for the Recovery Program within a leading financial organization, you'll be the central figure managing critical IT continuity initiatives. You'll:
- Oversee complex, multi-stream recovery initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and regulatory timelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and effective stakeholder engagement across the organization.
Your expertise
- Proven success managing complex Agile IT initiatives.
- Strong technical background with expertise in project methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE II).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience advising senior management and aligning strategic objectives.
- Skilled at resolving dependencies, ensuring clarity, and delivering projects on-time and within budget.
