Program Manager

As Program Manager for the Recovery Program within a leading financial organization, you'll be the central figure managing critical IT continuity initiatives. You'll:

• Oversee complex, multi-stream recovery initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and regulatory timelines.

• Proven success managing complex Agile IT initiatives.
• Strong technical background with expertise in project methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE II).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience advising senior management and aligning strategic objectives.
• Skilled at resolving dependencies, ensuring clarity, and delivering projects on-time and within budget.
