The Challenge
As a Technical Scrum Master, you'll be responsible for coaching and guiding two teams. You're not just standing on the sidelines — you’re part of the team, helping them collaborate better, deliver more consistently, and grow in maturity.
You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, drive ownership within the teams, and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to align goals and priorities. You remove blockers, challenge the status quo, and continuously look for ways to improve team performance and communication.
Your focus is on creating an environment where teams can thrive — both technically and culturally.
Your Expertise
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Prior background in IT – DevOps, testing, development, or similar
- Experience with or knowledge of low-code platforms, preferably Mendix
- Experience in guiding multiple teams
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills – clear, direct, and inspiring
- Charisma and confidence – you know how to guide, coach, and challenge
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a strong plus
What you can expect
- Contract type: Contracting to Perm (detavast)
- Gross monthly salary between €5.100,- and €7.100,- (based on 40h/week) excluding holiday allowance
- Working hours: 36–40 hours per week
- Way of Working: Hybrid, 1 or 2 days at the office
