• Resolving disruptions and incidents to ensure business continuity.
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality service delivery.
• Managing and monitoring HR surveys and maintaining system integrations.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for system-related communications with the vendor.

Key Results:

• Ensure operational excellence and user satisfaction within the HR digital solutions landscape.

Experience & Skills:

• A Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience in supporting SaaS systems.
• Knowledge of IT and HR processes with proficiency in Agile methodologies.

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English; Dutch proficiency is preferred.

Personal Attributes:

• Quality and results-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.

• Salary Package: Competitive annual salary ranging from approximately €64,305 to €71,450, inclusive of an 8.33% holiday allowance and a 13th month bonus.
• Work Environment: This is a hybrid role with a preference for more on-site collaboration.
• Contract Type: Options for Detachering or Deta-Vast, offering flexible employment terms.
