IT Service Manager

The IT organization is responsible for the day-to-day availability of IT systems for clients and employees. This includes maintaining the service quality of systems and infrastructure, making business information available, and designing solutions. The IT team also ensures that disruptions or incidents affecting the IT landscape or end users are resolved quickly and adequately. Additionally, IT area is responsible for Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven track record in IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM), including operating assurance/risk-based processes and exercises.
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, high availability architectures, and Risk Management concepts.
• Ability to lead IT and business organizations to higher IT Service Continuity maturity, with a hands-on mentality.
• Effective communication skills across all operational levels and with suppliers, presenting key risks and issues concisely.

• A gross yearly salary ranging between €65.500 and €77.500, Including holiday allowance.
• Contract form is detachering (contracting)
• Hybrid way of working: 2-3 days at the office.
• Visa sponsorship is possible to take over.
